OPN Co-Founder Tonya Antle at the 10th Annual Asociacion Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida

Tonya Antle, co-founder of the Organic Produce Network, will be a featured speaker today at the 10th annual Asociación Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida (AMHPAC) in Nuevo Vallarta Mexico.  The two-day event features international leaders, political figures and members of agriculture supply chain and service providers throughout Mexico.

Antle will be one of three major keynote presenters at the event, which focuses heavily on tomato producers who export their products to North America.  Her presentation to attendees on the state of the organic fresh produce industry is sponsored by AMPHAC sponsor Vitalis Organic Seeds.

Founded in October 1999, Asociación Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida, follows the initiative of a group of 16 greenhouse growers from different states of Mexico to form an organization that represents their pursuit of common objectives, and to help facilitate the development of this fresh produce Industry.
